This is for children between the ages of 6 and 12. Every Thursday they come to the Beit Al Liqa' for a fun afternoon of singing, hearing bible stories and learning lessons for life.

During the three-month summer holiday we invite the children of our neighborhood to participate in the Beit Al Liqa' summer camps. There are different summer camps for each age-group. Every summer camp is three weeks long and is held in june and july. This is the highlight of our year. During this time children come every day from 9a.m to 2p.m and participate in a colorful, fun-filled program. We offer children a variety of activities ranging from sports, Olympic Games, crafts and dance to more things like bible-lessons, memorizing scripture verses and hearing Mission stories. Because our facility includes a play-ground, some wonderful grassy areas and indoor play-facilities we are able to engage children in an unforgettable summer event.
At least two times a year we invite all the Sunday school classes from around the Bethlehem area to a special children's day.
In August we hold our anual camp and invit teen-agers between the ages of 11 and 15. Bible-studies, group meetings are part of the program as well as a visit of a swimming pool, a walking-tour through the near desert, a movie night, a grillparty and countless games of basketball and football. The hardest part for the teenager is to behave like they were taught during bible-studies. During the camps many kids and young kids changed their lifes and accepted Jesus Christ as their saviour.
About twice a month we invite believers in our area for a special evening of praise and worship. We are blessed to see that God brings believers from different churches and backgrounds together to praise his name. Our desire is to see the unity among our churches grow . Because we invite all the local evangelical churches to come, we have also asked them to take turns in leading these evenings.
Training Days, Seminars and other events
At Beit Al Liqa' we regularly offer training sessions staff in children's ministry for our staff. We also hold discipleship training sessions, seminars on evangelism, mission, child education, diet issues and marriage. In some workshops, theological and biblical issues as well as the special situation of our country are addressed. Other events on offer include evening worship services, concerts and special evenings of fellowship.
